Background
Paula Rossi is a Melbourne-based Physiotherapist and personal trainer with over 12 years of experience in movement, recovery, and wellbeing. She combines evidence-based physiotherapy integrating hands-on treatment, functional exercise, and education to help people move confidently and manage their health long-term
Originally trained in Chile, Paula has worked across musculoskeletal care, sport and community health, supporting clients of all ages, abilities and identities – including older adults, people with specific needs, and the LGBTQIA+ community.
Alongside her clinical work, Paula is the Director of Victorian Beach Tennis, leading inclusive programs that support players from their first session through to competitive pathways.
