Background

I am an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with a passion for helping people build strength, confidence, and long-term resilience. I enjoy working with people of all backgrounds – from those managing chronic health conditions and persistent pain to active individuals looking to improve performance or return to the activities they love.

I have experience across private clinics, NDIS and residential aged care. Specifically, I have a strong interest in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, healthy ageing, and exercise for emotional and mental wellbeing. I work with a holistic approach – where exercise is individualised, empowering, and sustainable. I truly believe in taking the time to understand each person and the why behind their goals.

Professionally, my goal is to help every client move with confidence, improve their quality of life, and develop the physical capacity to meet the demands of everyday life.

Outside of work, I enjoy following sports such as NBA, AFL (go Cats!) and European football, and staying active at the gym or on the court. I love spending time with my beautiful fiancée exploring Melbourne’s op shops and bakeries, or having a quiet night in.
