Background
Daniel is a Physiotherapist who graduated from the University of Canberra, with a strong passion for sports injuries, rehabilitation, and performance, particularly in contact sports such as rugby, AFL, and combat sports. He brings valuable experience from years as a sports trainer and his own involvement in state-level volleyball, soccer, and more, giving him a strong understanding of the demands of high-level performance.
Daniel enjoys working with individuals of all backgrounds, from those starting their fitness journey to athletes working to get back on the field. Daniel also has experience in assessing and managing vestibular conditions such as BPPV and vestibular dysfunction. He takes an open-minded approach combining manual therapy and exercise rehabilitation while accounting for the highest level of evidence informed practice. He takes pride in ensuring all of his clients are highly educated about their injuries and recovery pathway.
Committed to ongoing professional development, Daniel is always looking to expand his skills and knowledge to better support a wide range of clients of all ages. His goal is to help people move better and leave stronger, more resilient, and prepared for all of life’s demands.
In his life outside work, Daniel loves to stay active in the gym and more recently chasing the elusive runner’s high. He is a big coffee snob and since moving to Melbourne has been exploring and getting the most out of what the city has to offer!
