Background
Drawn to Physiotherapy through her passion for competitive sport, and her interest in Anatomy, Brooke graduated from the University of Melbourne. In 2025, she completed her Masters of Sports and Exercise Physiotherapy at LaTrobe University to further develop her skills in managing elite and high-performance athletes.
Brooke works with clients of all ages and exercise backgrounds, and is experienced in managing shoulder injury and instability, spinal injury, and pelvic injuries. She particularly enjoys working with hypermobile, acrobatic, weightlifting and Cross Fit athletes. She has experience managing athletes and acute sporting injuries through her work at at Old Melburnians FC (VAFA), Williamstown FC (VFL), Badminton and Para Badminton Australia and Gymnastics Victoria.
Brooke has an empathetic approach to therapy, and following movement analysis and physical assessment, collaborates with her clients to develop tailored treatment plans for each individual. She combines manual therapy (Joint Mobilisations, Massage, Dry Needling) and clinical exercise (Strength, Conditioning and Pilates), to achieve optimal results for her clients. Brooke also educates individuals on self-management strategies to prevent future injury.
As a Certified GLA:D practitioner, Brooke leads the GLA:D – Knee and Hip Osteoarthritis program at MPPFG, and is one of the leading practitioners of our GetBack Spinal Strengthening program.
Outside of work, Brooke enjoys staying active in the gym or cycling, enjoys Melbournes food and entertainment an has a Black Belt in Martial Arts (Jiu-Jitsu).
