The dos and don’ts of nutrition are becoming more confusing every day. With a plethora of new diets and food trends popping up regularly, it is hard to keep track of all the new ways to maintain a healthy diet. If the world of nutrition has your head spinning, then join us for a myth-busting session to separate science from non-sense. Learn about the foundations of a healthy diet, and how to develop long-term, sustainable eating habits that work for you!
Exercise – it’s something that we all know is good for us – but how much is enough? Emily, our Exercise Physiologist, uses Evidence Based Principles to treat and manage a variety of conditions, including diabetes, cardiovascular disease, osteoporosis and arthritis, musculoskeletal issues and chronic pain, through engagement in exercise. In this seminar, Emily will debunk exercise myths and provide insight into the ins and outs of how much and what type of exercise you should be doing to suit your individual needs.
